France’s new national plan to activate Open Science — presented
by the French Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Frédérique
Vidal — is now available. The plan is centered around three key
committments: Generalise Open Access To Publications; Structure
Research Data And Make It Available Through Open Access; and Be Part Of A
Sustainable European And International Open Science Dynamic.
